Martha Jones is gone. That’s too bad, I really liked her. She made an appearance on Torchwood for a couple of episodes, but disappointingly didn’t stay, even when they killed Owen. One can hope that was a preview of of things to come.
So it looks like the new companion is Donna Noble, who rode around with The Doctor for a bit when her wedding got interrupted by, if I recall correctly, evil robots. She had an awesome way of putting The Doctor in his place. Something you don’t see too much… Plus I’ve got a serious thing for redheads…
